About this visit
Agaseke baskets are woven flat on the lap, from the centre outwards, and the pattern is decided before the first row. Watching it happen explains more in ten minutes than anything written about it.

Tea, and an introduction to who is here and what they are making
Two hours of weaving — theirs, and yours if you would like to try
A look at the finished work, and how a piece gets priced
Bring
Nothing. Everything is provided, including the tea.
This visit runs in Kinyarwanda and English, with translation both ways.
