What we are aiming for

We want this site to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at high zoom and with reduced motion. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard we hold ourselves to.

We are not claiming to have met it everywhere. This page says where we are honestly, because a compliance badge on a site that has not been tested helps nobody.

What is in place

• The whole site works in three languages and every piece of text is translated, not machine-substituted
• Animations are switched off for anyone whose system asks for reduced motion
• Light and dark themes, both with contrast we have checked
• Forms name their fields, and an error is attached to the field it belongs to rather than only announced once

What we know is not right yet

• Some data tables in the seller and platform dashboards are hard to follow with a screen reader
• A few decorative images still lack the treatment that would hide them properly from assistive technology
• Focus order on one or two long forms does not follow the visual order closely enough
