How to buy

1. Find something

Browse the whole collection, or go straight to a maker's shop. You can filter by category and price, sort by newest or most popular, and search by name. Every piece names the shop that made it, and every shop has its own page.

2. Add it to your bag

You do not need an account for this. Anything you save or add while signed out moves onto your account the moment you sign in, so nothing is lost if you decide to register later.

3. Tell us where it goes

Signed in, pick one of your saved addresses. As a guest, leave your name, email and delivery address.

Shipping and tax are worked out before you pay. Shipping is charged once per shop, because an order from three makers is three parcels from three studios.

4. Pay

We hand you to our payment provider for card or mobile money. When you come back we check the payment with them directly rather than trusting what the browser says.

If confirmation is slow, that is normal and your order is safe — we email you the moment it clears.

5. Follow it

You get a confirmation email with a link to your order. Bought as a guest? Keep that email: the link inside is how you get back to the order, and the tracking page can send it again if you lose it.
