Shipping and fees

What it costs

There is one flat rate for delivery inside Rwanda and another for everywhere else. Orders above a certain total ship free.

The exact figures are shown at checkout before you pay, and again on your order — we deliberately do not repeat them here, because a stale number on a help page is worse than no number at all.

Charged per shop

Shipping is charged once per shop, not once per order. An order from three makers carries three shipping fees, because it is genuinely three parcels leaving three studios on three different days.

Tax is applied to the total of items plus shipping, at the rate shown in your order summary.

How long it takes

Makers prepare most pieces within two to five working days. Delivery inside Rwanda usually lands within a week of dispatch. International delivery depends on the destination and typically takes two to four weeks.

Larger and more fragile work takes longer to pack properly, and we would rather it arrived intact than early.

Duties and customs

Import duties and customs charges are set by your country and are not included in what you pay here. They are collected by the carrier or customs on arrival.

Get your address right

Check your address and phone number before paying. Couriers call before they deliver, and a wrong number is the single most common cause of a delayed parcel.
